your name will be posted online before the event

To withdraw from an event, email info@rovingchessnuts.com or call 780-474-2318 or 780-554-7280.
 
On the tournament day, you are required to arrive at the playing site at least 10 to 15 minutes before starting time.  Failure to let us know you are withdrawing could mean forfeiting a first round game.
